I think it was around 15, but I wasn't timing it, so I don't remember for sure!

I'm getting to the point where I am comfortable pushing myself and know my limit. It was super exciting yesterday cause I was breathing super heavy, but I knew that I was still a ways from my line... YAY!

  1. Great job on all these workouts!!! That's awesome that you are starting to know where your limit it...that's important! I am still feeling around for mine ;) Also, nice job on the handstand push-ups!! Good job getting yourself down in that position! You will be doing freestanding handstand pushups in no time :) Just a side note- on the 6/21 workout- when you plug in an extra movement (i.e. squats) have the reps follow the same count...this is so that you can hopefully maintain a high intensity and really work those metabolic pathways. Doing a workout with 30 reps for 6 rounds is not going to allow you to have the same intensity as the downward stair stepping rep count that you saw in the 6/21 workout. Well hun, I better run bc I have A LOT to do before I see you!!! I can't wait!!! woo hoo!!! Have a safe flight. Love ya
